Game Reviews:
“Finally after 1.03 it launches on my GS3, and it plays great, even better with a MOGA controller. I have to keep the resolution low to be able to play it at a good frame rate but still. San Andreas on a phone. What an age we live in.” -Patrick Cadwell
“Most recent update corrected the crashing issue on my Nexus 5. Hoping future patches will improve stability. Touch controls are like the other GTA releases on Android. If you've played them, you'll have no issue controlling CJ. If you haven't, there will be a slight learning curve, but nothing that will make the game impossible to play. Fingers crossed for a GTA IV on Android in a few years” -Brandon VanWyck
“Update 1.03! Game plays fine so far on maxed-out settings (Note 3). Controls will take a bit to get used to but the fact you can play San Andreas on a phone makes it worth the $7 price. The graphics are actually an upgrade over PS2. If you are a GTA fan, I'd get this. Considering the freemium trend in mobile gaming, this is a no brainer. I would recommend Max Payne mobile as well.” -Joshua Fowler
“Ever since the GTA games were on the PSP, I desperately wanted a portable version of San Andreas. And now we finally have it! The game plays amazingly well on my Nexus 7 and I'm even able to play it on my "unsupported" Evo” -V James Baker
“After the 3rd update it works fine on my nexus 4. The controls are way to small at first but are adjustable. It seems like a great game so far. I really enjoyed Vice City so hopefully this on will be just as good.” -Felix D
“It finally works. Gameplay is okay. It's a bit choppy occasionally, and I have inconsistent textures. Some of them are very highly detailed, and others (such as the moon) are incredibly low resolution and pixelated.” -Alex Paul
“GTA SA runs brilliantly now. The controls are nice and work pretty well even on my now older galaxy S2 with the smaller screen, so people with newer phones and bigger screens should have no problems. entire radio stations are there, map usage is great. Basically this is the best game on android so far. a massive technical achievement.” -Jason Groombridge
